Villa Liberty, it is the ideal place for those who love the sea, its colours, its noise which will act as a constant and incessant background throughout your stay.

Nothing more beautiful than seeing the waves crash on the rocks directly from the terrace, enjoying the slow passage of sailing boats and catamarans, being moved by the wonderful colors of the sunsets. And then when evening comes the coast lights up with sparkling lights with a view that takes your breath away.

From dawn to evening the sea is the main protagonist, always present, sometimes calm, sometimes impetuous.

THE EXTERIORS :

Villa Liberty enjoys a wonderful tropical garden with wonderful plants that go well with the warm climate of Sicily.

The well-equipped patio with relaxation area and area for lunches and dinners overlooks the garden and enjoys the wonderful sea view.

Here you can spend moments of conviviality or absolute rest, letting yourself be lulled by the sound of the sea.

In the villa there is ample space to store scooters and bicycles and park up to 2 cars but small ones due to the access road which does not allow maneuvering with too large cars (SUVs).

Finally, externally we have a laundry area and a shower as well as direct access to the sea .

INTERIORS :

Villa Liberty takes its name from its style, Liberty in fact, a style that emerged in the early 1900s and which recalls the floral lines of nature which we can appreciate here in the mouldings, in the cornice, in the railings, in some elements of furniture and equipment .

The recent restyling project, while remaining faithful to its original style, has introduced modern solutions that make the villa absolutely contemporary and with a unique charm.

Inside it is made up of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and one an adjacent bathroom; an ideal studio for those who need a quiet and peaceful work area which can accommodate an additional seat if necessary thanks to the single sofa bed equipped with a topper to guarantee the best rest; a large living room with fireplace and latest generation TV; a dining area equipped for 6 people and finally the kitchen, fully equipped with a snack corner for those who love quick breaks.

Surroundings :

San Leone, located a few kilometers from the Valley of the Temples, San Leone is the seaside area of Agrigento. In the summer period it is populated with locals and tourists thanks to its beach, bars, restaurants and above all its seafront.

The beach of San Leone extends for about 3km and is equipped with numerous beach establishments which make it an ideal place to spend a relaxing day at the seaside.

There are numerous paid car parks where you can leave your car, close to the beaches.

House Rules:

You will be welcomed directly into the house where you will find our Silvia to give you all the necessary information regarding the Villa and your stay...

Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas

Mandatory separate waste collection (otherwise a fine of 100.00 will be applied)

Economical water consumption (Sicily suffers from water shortages)

Good neighborly respect

Music until midnight

Water supply as needed (the owner will check the water level in the appropriate tanks daily)

The price includes:

Cleaning twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday)

Change of bed linen once a week (Saturday)

Change of bath linen and sun towels 2 times a week (Wednesday and Saturday)

Garden maintenance once a week .

The fee DOES NOT include:

Final cleaning €200

Electricity consumption over 800 kW/per week (cost 0.40/Kwatt)

Tourist Tax €2 per person/per night

The tourist tax is valid from 01 May to 31 October. Up to a maximum of 7 nights. Minors under 16 years of age are exempt.

Security deposit €1,000 (will be charged to your credit card in case of damage up to 14 days after check-out)

DELIVERY OF KEYS

Our Silvia will be present upon the arrival of the Guests and will give them all the necessary information regarding the House as well as the keys .

The nearest airport is Comiso, 100 km away.

Catania Airport, Trapani Airport and Palermo Airport are approximately 160 km away.

ON THE TRAIN
The Agrigento Centrale station, located in the city centre, served by regional trains and connected to the main centers of Sicily, is 9 km from San Leone. From the station you can continue by taxi or bus no. 2 for San Leone (the stop is a short distance from the property).

ON BOAT
For Sicily there are ferries and fast ships that connect Sicily with Cagliari, Civitavecchia, Genoa, Livorno, Malta, Naples, Nice, Salerno, Toulon, Tunis, Villa San Giovanni which also offer a car transport service.

The main dock, from which most ferries in Sicily depart and arrive, is the port of Palermo, Messina, Trapani, Milazzo, Termini Imerese and Pozzallo
