THE EXTERIORS :

Villa Guardea is located in Umbria, in a panoramic position within a large park of about 10 hectares (25 acres), in a panoramic position overlooking the River Tiber and the Alviano Oasis. The surrounding park is covered in trees, plants, flowers and has many resident deer, goats and donkeys. A landscaped garden around the villa has multiple areas for relaxing and al fresco dining.

The villa's saltwater pool and spa area are located indoors, but with sliding doors that open fully to the outside. On request you can use the Jacuzzi tub, the tropical shower and the Turkish bath.

The Villa, ideal for large groups of family or friends, accommodates up to 14 people.

THE INTERIORS :

The villa, of over 500 square meters, is spread over two floors.

On the ground floor we have a large living room furnished with colorful sofas, TV, Internet wi-fi, Hi-fi system. Separated by an imposing stone arch there is the dining area with a large table where up to 14 people can comfortably eat. From here you access the villa's pool and wellness center, which is framed by natural stone, beamed ceilings in​​ exposed wood and panoramic views simply breathless! Adjacent there is a second large living room with a sofa bed (160 cm) for two and a separate bathroom, which can then be transformed into a further bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a stay in full autonomy and has a hob, large fridge, pantry, dishwasher, oven, wireless American coffee machine, electric tea kettle, microwave oven, toaster, Italian moka and espresso coffee machine.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The first has a large double bed (170 cm) and a single bed (80 cm, more suitable for young people) in the loft.

The second has a double bed (160 cm) and a decorative mezzanine.

The third bedroom is the blue and yellow room ideal for children as it has 2  beds  single (80 cm), one on the main floor of the bedroom and the second in the loft.

The fourth bedroom has a double bed (160cm) and a decorative mezzanine.

The fifth bedroom is located on the upper floor,  it is a double bedroom with private bathroom. This suite has a large double bed (170cm) and a single bed (80cm, more suitable for young people) with en suite bathroom with whirlpool tub. A private walkway leads to the garden.

All bedrooms have access to the villa's garden.

The whole Villa has been decorated with wood carvings by the hand of a local craftsman, from the donkey on the wooden gate, to the myriad of animal sculptures inside the villa - from the owl to the rooster, from the cat to the goat.

The immense attention and care with which the owners have furnished this Villa makes it truly unique and unrepeatable!

A real paradise and amusement park for children but also absolutely appreciated by adults thanks to the Spa area.
