THE EXTERIORS :

The Villa is surrounded by about 1 hectare of completely fenced land. The Villa is accessed via a long dirt road defined on its sides by centuries-old pines. Upon arrival, you are immediately captured by the view in whatever direction you look. From the living area of the Villa you enter the fully furnished patio under which you can enjoy local specialties or simply relax. From here, the stone staircase leads to the wonderful garden on which the swimming pool (heated on request) rests, which with its irregular shape is perfectly in harmony with the course of the land. By the pool there is the Solarium area where you can also relax with background music thanks to the  sound diffusion. Finally two  very comfortable and very modern showers with hot water.

On the sides of the pool, the ground then gently slopes down to lead us to a lower level where there is a sports field which can be used for both football and tennis as needed. From here under a beautiful wrought iron gazebo you can organize fun aperitifs or snacks while watching football or tennis matches.

THE INTERIORS :

The Villa is distributed over two floors:

On the ground floor we have the entrance, the billiard room, 1 guest bathroom, the TV room, the large living room with fireplace and large dining table for 12 people, the veranda, the very modern fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, still and sparkling water dispenser) with breakfast table, a service room with bathroom, equipped with washing machine, dryer and everything needed for ironing.

On the first floor, which is accessed via the internal staircase from the main living room or directly from the outside, we have a corridor with 1 double bedroom en suite and bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with walls partly in fabric and partly decorated entirely in Arabic style, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom en suite with bathroom with shower, 1 triple bedroom en suite with bathroom with shower, 1 master bedroom en suite with a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, the wooden living room with library and fireplace and finally the fitness area.

All rooms are decorated in vibrant colors and patterns, from floral fabrics to Middle Eastern motifs. The bathrooms are fully equipped and very modern.
