A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the patio.

Upstairs we have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The room accesses a terrace from which you can admire Capri and the wonderful Gulf of Naples. This room has an independent entrance which is accessed through a large garden.

Outside there is a large barbecue area with built-in kitchen, living area under the beautiful pergola, and with a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage and counter-current swimming, surrounded by a solarium equipped with sun loungers and  a very comfortable outdoor shower with hot water. This first part of the Villa is ideal for 4 people, 2 couples or a couple with 2 children.

The Dependance consists of a living room and two double bedrooms with each en-suite bathroom. The rooms have direct access to an equipped outdoor area.

Access to the Dependance is either from the main Villa via the staircase, or directly from via Castello. This Dependance can be rented together with the main Villa if the number of people is greater than 4.

The whole Villa including the Dependance is ideal for families with older children and / or groups of friends of 6/8 people.

The scenario within which Villa Panorama is divided is that of Capri and the wonderful view of the Gulf of Naples, on Punta della Campanella, Positano and Li Galli.
