OUTDOORS:

Although the villa is small in size, about 80 square meters, it is surrounded by very large outdoor spaces distributed in descending terraces. We have a large relaxation area from which to enjoy an amazing panorama both day and night where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the entire Sorrento peninsula. Adjacent to the house there is a living area equipped with sofas and a dining area with a table for up to 6 people.

On another level we have a large bbq area equipped with grill and oven, where the owner who loves local craftsmanship has had a coating of handmade majolica and a large table also made with handcrafted majolica.

Right at the back of the house there is the precious and exclusive hammam area, a place to regenerate thanks to the Turkish bath and the jet showers with chromotherapy. Difficult to leave once you enter.

Further down we have a large solarium area with Jacuzzi, again another opportunity to enjoy moments of relaxation totally surrounded by nature.

Finally, on the last terrace we have the lemon grove, a space where the protagonists are the wonderful Sorrento lemons with an inebriating scent as well as a space dedicated to the vegetable garden where the owner, a lover of genuine things, delights in growing vegetables of various kinds.

In short. in such a place for sure you won't get bored.

INTERIORS:

The house, unlike the exteriors, is small in size but with every comfort. We have a living room with large TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Thanks to the latest enhancement works, the house is very welcoming and personalized in style and colors, where the ancient is combined with the modern with great balance. In every room there is a valuable antique piece of furniture.

A distinctive feature are also the works created by a local craftsman made of fish and shells, one in each room.

In short, a small house but ideal for a family of 4 or two couples of friends.
